VOIP Being Dropped

Hi just got my first box up and running. I am having an issue with VoIP 5060 udp being dropped. I did add a any-any-any rule in the packet filter which has let me bypass the issue for now but would like some help on getting this setup correctly.

uummm, with an any--any--any rule, you are now allowing almost full access to everyone on the internet, unless you have another firewall further upstream than the Astaro. There is a built-in SIP service definition.

As far as your VOIP setup. Is this just a single internal phone, external phones, internal PBX, external pbx?

Have you tried using the Astaro built-in VOIP proxy?
