Gaming Issue

I am having an issue trying to allow a certain computer game through the firewall. When I look at the packet filter It shows that it drops the udp and tcp packets but when I allow it it still drops the packets. The video Game is Combat Arms (www.combatarms.nexon.net) I try to make rules but nothing works. Any help appreciated. Tell me what info you need and I will get it. I have tried everything I can think of.

    Another option is to allow all OUTGOING traffic from the gaming machine. Then you do not need rules or definitions for most of the games.

    However, if your computer got infected, this would allow it unrestricted outgoing access.
