Gaming Issue

I am having an issue trying to allow a certain computer game through the firewall. When I look at the packet filter It shows that it drops the udp and tcp packets but when I allow it it still drops the packets. The video Game is Combat Arms (www.combatarms.nexon.net) I try to make rules but nothing works. Any help appreciated. Tell me what info you need and I will get it. I have tried everything I can think of.

    Update: I got the first server done. I sent a ticket to nexon to see if they will help me. I wish it was easier to allow ports and ip's through instead of having to make a definition> serivices rule then a packet filter rule. I wish we could do it all in one.. that would save me a lot of time. Well I'm tired and off to bed. Gotta get up at 4:30 am to go to work.
