The phone provider just installed a new IP phone sytem. They brought in their own layer 3 switch and set it up on there. They plugged one port into our unmanged network to get to the Web Management interface on the their system to updates phones and lines. The problem i have is our internal network is 10.0.1.x the new phones are on 10.0.21.x. I can ping the web server from our network but cannot get to the web page on it. If i add a static route to it on the pc i am on i can get to it on my PC. (route add 10.0.21.0 mask 255.255.255.0 10.0.1.250) Is there a way i can add that route on my Astaro and have everyone able to get there. If it matters i also have 2 Lan to Lan vpn tunnels to other sites using ip phones that would need to get there as well. I tried going into the astaro and adding a static route but it doesnt work. I am lost on how to get these 2 networks to see each other. I have no control over their network it is a completely managed system so i cant make changes there but i can ask for something to be done if needed.
