I have an really case here, with a client, he have an asg 220 with 8.120 firmware, packet filter rule from any, any service to any allow, I add all the servers of the VoIp and all the lans of the sip clients, when I make a call the phone rings in the branch office, a person hangs up, and I can talk to him, but with an incoming call, the phone here don´t rings, the person in the branch office says the phone hear like a call is working but no body answer, some more info:
The client have's a Office with an Cisco Asa in the perimeter, down our ASG 220 with packet filter with the any rule allowed all traffic, web proxy with some rules, no IPS. All the branch offices 3 in total, have an Cisco Asa to make the an IPSec vpn, before here have's an untangle server, and every thing works fine with the VoIP, but with our Asg have problems [:S] any ideas? Feel free to ask for information, cheers.
