Can´t here voice via VoIP incoming

Hi there

I just did a new setup for my VoIP after provider change. Before I had several DNAT rules and it worked fine so far. I guess the new provider does have different RTP ports and so the phones did not work.
I searched the internet for them port without any luck and did what I read here. I activated VoIP and filled in the provider and local maschine incl, strict mode on and off. Here is the problem:
I can call out and everything works fine, when I call in, I receive the call the caller can here me but I cannot here the calling person.

What is wrong with that?

I´m running ASG120 everything up2date.

    put an screenshot of your packet filter rules, I have some problems with voip too, but to me ASG drops packets coming in the 5060 port (sip) i put an from any with any service to any for test and the log says drops, I don't know why, I will open a thread for this.
