Load Balancer - Routing traffic back to Sender

Hi all

Version: Astaro v.8.102. 
I've setup a load-balancer for my internal LAN. 

Virtual Server: 172.20.1.30 /24
Service: HTTPS
Real Server: 172.20.1.20 /24
Client: 172.20.1.99 /24

If the client connect to the virtual server it sends the packets forward to the real server. But now the problem is, that the real-server sends the handshake for the SSL communication back to the virtual server. But the VS does't redirect the traffic to the client. 

Is there a way to resolve this issue?

The traffic to the real-server has the source-ip of the astaro LAN interface and not the IP fo the virtual server..
