Sip and SSip problem

Hi,

I have a new voip server with some ports opened. I configured:
 Traffic selector: Any → SIP → WAN (Address)
 Traffic selector: Any → SIP over SSL →WAN (Address)

Where Wan is the interface to outside.

This config works and I can telnet from outside and connect, but this  pbx software, has a firewall test which tries to telnet from server´s ip:5060/5061 to a external server:3478.

And fails...
Default DROP  UDP  192.168.157.213:5060→96.9.132.83:3478

I added a firewall rule from this computer to ANY for sip and ssip but same error reported. any idea?

    The 3cx server has as default gateway the astaro´s ip address. Something might be wrong, because using  as dg the router´s ip  the  3cx firewall test is ok, but with astaro´s ip no, even  when everything is green at packet filter and sip and sip over ssl is allowed from this machine to any.


    PD: as 3cx partnet told me,  the nat must be configured. You can try this as I do.... remove nat and services like call queue stops and impossible to start again.

    No. not wrong.

    He said he had ISDN telphony services. The ASG does not convert from VoIP to analogue/digital traffic required by an ISDN service. 
    If as an alternative he is using the ISDN services as data links. no voice, the fact that they are ISDN service is irrelevant to the thread.
    What then become relevant is what he is attempting to connect to, to test out his setup. No destination outside of his LAN the ASG will just ignore.

    While the ASG is a gateway it is not a protocol convertor for those protocols. If you want to use ISDN services you will need a VoIP to ISDN gateway. The ASG does not have codecs setup for conversion or configurable.
     While the other services might require NAT on the ASG, that would imply you are not using an VoIP to ISDN gateway, but an ISP  as a service provider or as a Trunk provider.
