Problem with firewall?

Hi, I able to ping URL from my ASG 120
But unfortunately, there is no result display for the URL.

I've checked there is no url blocked.
It seem ok with other connection but not in my office.
Can you help me figure it out? [:S]

    Hi, start by checking the logs: PacketFilter, IPS, HTTP Proxy.

    If this is a new setup, keep in mind that Astaro blocks everything by default and you must set it up to allow desirable traffic.
