Blocking external range of IPs

I'm fairly new to ASG.  I'm using it at home and the person I usually get help from is tied up for a while.  I'm running 7.507 and  want to completely block a range of IPs.  Such as Chinese IPs from my daily reports.  I would like to completely block them/drop them.  How do I create a rule/definition to do this.  I don't have any external servers or anything else I need to worry about.  Just normal home traffic.

    I don't remember that feature in 7.x, but in 8.x you can block certain country IPs by just checking a box for the country you want to block; its under Network Security.
    I'd upgrade BTW.
