Any way to do Port Address Translation (PAT) in 8.1x?

Hey Everyone,

I am trying to find a way to do PAT from the firewall.  Obviously, we can do a port translation of sorts for inbound traffic, but I want to change the port of outbound traffic.  Example:  say I want to send HTTP traffic (port 80) to a particular site on port 8181 (don't want the user to see it), how would I do that?  

This is not the actual scenario that I am trying to address... I just wanted to illustrate the concept.

Again, I can see how to alter the port inbound with DNAT.  I just can't see how to make alterations outbound.
