Skype Problems

after installing the Astaro Security Gateway in our network we have recurring problems with skype.
When the problem occurs our users are not able to get any traffic (http/htttps) from the internet. Skype is still online but the other outbound http connections (i.e. browsers accessing web sites) fail (timeout). The connection to our local webservers are still working fine, thats the reason why i suppose the problems are in our Astaro config although I did not find anything in the log files (packet filter). 
Disconnecting skype solves the problems on the workstations immediately.

Our config is:
Packet Filter:
local network to any: allow any port
Nat:
Masquerading: local network => external wan ip
All our users are using MacOS
Does anybody have an idea where I can do something to 
improve this situation?

    network security-advanced then the socks proxy tab.  once you are there hit the little question mark in the upper right.  the documentation is quite good here.  I think skype only supports socks5 in terms of socks option.  tools-options-conneciton for skype config.  configure the firewall first.
