Panda Antivirus Updates

Hello to everyone,
I am new here so sorry if I post this on the wrong discussion.
I am using ASG v7 and I just installed Panda Antivirus on my PCs. Activation worked fine but when it came to updates I couldn't update on any PC that was behind the ASG. I had to connect them directly on to the CPE. Not even the "Check Activation" worked. Is a specific configuration required on the ASG?

    Web Protection - Filtering Options - Exceptions - 
    and there:
    Skip These Checks: Antivirus
    For All Requests / Matching These URLs: pandasoftware.com, pandasecurity.com
    (Release 9.204-20)
