Panda Antivirus Updates

Hello to everyone,
I am new here so sorry if I post this on the wrong discussion.
I am using ASG v7 and I just installed Panda Antivirus on my PCs. Activation worked fine but when it came to updates I couldn't update on any PC that was behind the ASG. I had to connect them directly on to the CPE. Not even the "Check Activation" worked. Is a specific configuration required on the ASG?

    Depending how Panda does their updating and which Astaro security features you are using, check the IPS and  Content Filter logs to see if one of those components is doing the blocking.  This will also provide you the information that you'll need to create an applicable exception.
