I have done some searching and dug through the help files but I can't seem to find an answer to my question. The problem is this; when I run a bittorrent all other traffic seems to crawl. Web site load slow or not at all, I can't stream Netflix, etc. I know this is to be expected without any QoS and that's what I'm trying to fix.
I want to always give priority to HTTP and Netflix traffic over bittorrent but I don't want to limit the bittorrent traffic to any particular bandwidth. If there is no other internet traffic I was the bittorrent download to use it all. So in a scenario where someone is trying to browse with HTTP it will get priority over the bittorrent traffic...but when the connection is "idle" the bittorrent can use all the available bandwidth.
I have been driving wifey crazy since I tend to download a lot of Linux ISOs and when I do she can't really use the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!
