So I have done a bunch of searching and I swear I have my setup right but it doesn't appear to be limiting the bandwidth properly. I am trying to limit the bandwidth usage of a single host on my network. I am running 8.003. I want to allow 1Mbps download and 256Kbps upload. The download appears to work fine but the upload doesn't. I feel like I'm missing something really stupid... Here are the speeds I'm seeing:

Well, it may not be working in some cases, but you can't prove it by this one...
When the pictures are magnified, there are too few pixels to allow me to read the words. Also, it's generally not "secure" for the rest of us to include links to external content as we can't know if it is free of malware. Please edit your post above, [Go Advanced], attach the pictures and replace the external links with links to the attached pictures.
The "????-in" traffic selector is ignored in the Bandwidth Pool on the External interface, so there is no limitation on inbound (download) traffic.
Use the "????-in" selector in a second Bandwidth Pool on the Internal interface if you want to throttle an internal user's download speed. You should use 'Internet -> Any' instead of 'Any -> Any' in the selector though.

after i enable this rule, i found i was throttle my bandwidth from vpn site. speed was drop too
how to trick this. thanks
Thank you all for the help. I did all change, but I have still the same problem. Is working on the LAN Side but if I try in another Network (DMZ) unfortunately the Upload is still affected from the LAN Rule (Qos Upload).
