Problem NAT

I have a 4 ESXi virtual machine virtual laboratory with Win 2k8, Win 2k8r2, Windows Vista and Windows 7, all these machines hidden from the physical LAN by Astaro SG 8.
I would like to establish communication between my virtual subnet and the license server (KMS server port: 1688).

I created a small laboratory to simulate this action.

Virtual LAN.
Virtual PC Win7 IP: 172.17.131.60/25

Vyatta virtual router 6.1.
VLAN1 office subnet: 172.17.131.0/25
VLAN2 server subnet: 172.17.224.0/23
Secure subnet: 192.168.100.0/24

Virtual Astaro SG.
Internal Interface: 192.168.100.106 Mask 255.255.255.0 GW 0.0.0.0
Internal Interface: 172.17.225.159 Mask 255.255.254.0 GW 172.18.224.1

Physical machine
KMS Server IP: 172.17.225.252 172.18.224.1 mask 255.255.254.0 GW
KMS port: 1688
