Block Internet Access

Hi,

 We have ASG 220 firewall with firemware version 7.508. We want to block internet access on specific internal (lan) ip address. I have tried with packet filter rule given below: 

Position : 1

Source : Specific IP

Service : Any

Destination : Any

Action : Drop

It doesn't work with the above rule. Can anyone suggest?

    That rule should work. 
    Are you using the http proxy? If you are that may be why that IP can access the internet. If the http proxy is enabled you will need to block access for that IP in the packet filter and http proxy config.
