Enable or disable "packet filter" rules with CLI

Hello,
I evaluate the trial for our school.
I need to Enable or disable "packet filter" rules from a remote location through SSH.
We would use astaro in our school network and would give the possibility for a teacher to give or remove Internet access for his classroom. The teacher should be able to enable or disable "packet filter" rules. I saw that it was not possible with webadmin.
I would like to know if it was possible to execute remotely a script (SSH from the teacher PC) that would change the state of a "packet filter" rules?
I unsertsand that the change will not be reflected in the webadmin.

More info:
I saw that it was may be possible with "cc" and "packetfilter" but I don't undesrtand the syntax.

You can manipulate the firewall rules using the CLI by using the iptbales command. You can check the syntax of the command at netfilter.org: Linux 2.4 Packet Filtering HOWTO: Using iptables. Note, that it is not gonna be easy for someone without experience in iptables and packet filtering techniques.

To expand on lkar's comment, I think such changes will seem to the teachers to be undone at random. Also, you should read: https://support.astaro.com/support/index.php/Confd_command_line_client

Thanks for your help.
I don't want to manipulate iptables.
I will look at the "cc" syntax and try to find how it works.
Someone know example how to use ccsyntax for eanbling rules?
