Opening SSH...

Hi everyone,

We have an Astaro V6 firewall that i need to open up port 22 for a set of public ip's, (X.X.X.227-.238) that were provided to me so it can hit an internal server we have on site. How do I define this range in the network definitions so I dont have to create a seperate rule for each ip?

Hi, you could find a network that encompasses all of those addresses, although in this case you'd be allowing a few other IPs as well.

e.g.
x.x.x.224/28 would allow IPs 224-239

Thanks for the reply. I figured that be the only real option aside from doing each ip individually.
