QOS - Interface drop down greyed out on bandwidth pool object

Ive created my traffic selector and bandwidth pool to guarantee bandwidth for VOIP traffic but in the bandwidth pool the drop down box to choose the interface is greyed out and seems to be set to Internal which I figure needs to be the external connection.

I have two links and am using uplink balancing with multipath rules but even disabling this does no good.

Any ideas?

    On the 'Status' tab, are you sure QoS is enabled for the External interface?  You're correct that you need to create the Bandwidth Pool on the External interface.

    QOS definitly enabled on Status page.  I enabled it for all interfaces for good measure and tried creating a new bandwidth pool but still the drop down box for interfaces is greyed out.

    I understand now.  Before you press the 'New Bandwidth Pool' button, you must make a selection in the 'Bound to Interface' dropbox to the right of the button.  The interface listed in the edit of the Bandwidth Pool is just informational; prior to V8, this feedback wasn't present.

    LOL...That's exactly what I was doing wrong.  Couldn't see the forest for the trees.  Thanks for the help.
