Sprint Airave Cell booster help.

We have a sprint booster onsite so those with sprint cell phones can receive calls. 

I can't get it to connect anymore behind the astaro. I take it home and all the lights (4 of them) go blue meaning that it connects within 5 minutes. Sprint is not much help as they try to diagnose the GPS signal...but I think it need IP communications before that light will work. 

The Airave unit is I guess a dumb device and there is no way to verify what setting it is using or monitor the thing via any interface they provide. I am left to watching the packet filter and our DHCP server to make sure it is using the reservation IP I gave it's mac address so that I can try to get it through astaro.

I was wondering if anybody has one working on their site. The Airrave sits about 400 feet away from the astaro behind a few switches. I have tried snat and allowed all packets, http exceptions. I could have it misconfigured and I do have astaro support if nobody here has any dealings with them.

My SYS light blinks red about 3 times a second and the GPS light is solid red. Power is solid blue and Wan is blue and blinking.

Traffic in PF live log over port 500 and 4500 UDP is passed. No other traffic is visible.

I even went as far as assigning it a dedicate dIP address which is snat'ted.

    We got a new  Airavana AirRave and everything works fine now. It picked up GPS and WAN in 2 minutes. 

    I only have packet filter rules allowing all traffic from the airrave out (sprint airrave IP -> any service (for now) -> Any outside address. I also have a transaprent proxy skip so port 80 traffic is not disturbed from the airrave as I do not want to troubleshoot it anymore.

    The new Airvana airrave is not autonomous like the samsung. You can log into a web console and ping it to see if it is up and set up a static IP address though I have not done so yet.

    I removed all of my SNAT and DNAT settings from the previous Samsung Airrave.

    I will post ports I saw traffic from after I watch this thing for a bit. Right now it is UDP 4500 and 500 againm and I am sure some port 80 and 53, though it uses our internal DNS server.
    Seemed to be the Samsung Airrave went bad? Or could be our ISP that resolves to 30 miles away messing up GPS. The samsung worked at my house fine, and worked on the corporate network for 3 months, then stopped. GPS would not lock.

    May have been bad; more telling is that you mention DNAT and SNAT rules that were defined for the old device; you shouldn't have needed any DNAT or SNAT rules at all for that, just simple packet filters allowing the VPN traffic outbound.
