IPS Update frequency?

Hello all,

I have my Astaro setup to check for signature updates every four hours. With this setting I get email notifications for the AV products getting updated a few times per day.

Any one able to shed some light on the update frequency for IPS?

I assume it is more of a weekly/monthly schedule, but wanted to inquire for curiosity sakes.

According to the Up2Date log, Astaro checks for IPS pattern updates at the same time as it check for AV updates.

Thanks Bob. I had assumed the FW checked for patterns to AV and IPS at what ever frequency the system is configured to "check in" so to speak.

I was actually looking for when the patterns are available from Astaro. I apologize for not being more specific with my original question.
