How to create a rule with a path?

Running ASG 7.507 and I am trying to figure out how to create a service, which will forward traffic coming in on say port 8000, to a server and specific path like http://serverip/folder/subfolder/. I cant seem to add a full url/path, only the hostname or IP?

    Hmm, I guess that means I cant create a rule to a specific url path. I run apache on Linux and cant dedicate an entire IP for one url, but can/will work around this limitation with a specific port and alias in apache.
