I am running the latest version ASG 8.001 on a 420 appliance.
I have an internal Elastix (PBX) that works fine with a sonicwall router.
Decided to use the ASTARO 420 instead but have not been able to make it work with my internal PBX.
Here is how I configured it:
I have VOIP disabled under Network Security because it doesn't work for me.
I created a custom group of all my VOIP Ports.
I have a DNAT rule:
Traffic selector: Any → Voip Ports Group → External (WAN) (Address)
Destination translation: PBX Server IP
Packet Filter:
Internal networok > Any > Any
Any > Voip Ports Group > WAN Adress ( also tried PBX Address here)
I can dial out and the person on the other side can hear me but I can't hear them.
I can't figure out what I'm missing. All the ports I used in my other router
are also define in the ASTARO. Packet monitor shows no ports being blocked.
Please Help.
