Browsing not happening with any any service

Hi,

I have Astaro security gateway 7 version 7.5. everything is working with Source (Internal) service (any) and destination (any). but whenever I am changing the network filtering using group of service (https,http,smtp, pop3) I am not able to browse any website with these configuration.

Please help us to resolve this issue ASAP.

    welcome aboard.

    Some quick pointers to asking for assistance on these forums. 99% of the people here are volunteers, occasionally an Astaro person drops by.

    If you want support please don't use ASAP, this is a forum of users helping users.

    If you have a commercial product which you bought through a reseller, then for urgent assistance please contact your reseller and log a formal request with them.

    The only support for home and essentials users is in these forums, but that doesn't seem to be your case.

    If you have packet filters with internal -> any service -> any destination -> allow all protocols will pass.

    With the above packet filter rule in place why are you trying to filter http etc?

    You need to explain your requirements in much more detail than what you have before anyone can give you help you with your problem.
