What is T11C0 service?

I'm seeing a lot of incoming packets dropped that are ICMP, T11C0. There is precious little info out there regarding t11c0. I can't find "T11C0" in the packet filter log files either.
What is this?

ICMP type 11, Time exceeded

you will find it when trying to create an ICMP service (from the drop menu )

Thanks, wingman. I found it in the logs. all from the same IP. Amazon.com in Singapore. Meh, no biggie.
