Online Trading Client: Realtick

We have been using Astaro on our small network. Our primary usage is trading & we use Newport, eSignals & Realtick for online trading. After going throught the Packet filter settings, I have opened the required ports as mentioned by each of the client softwares manual & added all the ip's in white list (Web Secutity:URL filtering).

One of the client software Realtick, however did'nt work. I have checked through the Realticks's support & the error code means the outbound ports are not open. I have applied the same method for others as well & they worked. Also for ref kindly follow the link below:

    web security /url filtering works independently of packet filtering. Turn off web security and check if your rules work without web security.

    Don't know if you are running web security (proxy) in standard or transparent mode but you will have to bypass those sites in the proxy depending on the mode you are running the proxy.
