Problem in Logging to SSL VPN

Hello
I have ASG120 , I create an SSL User and give him passowrd / local user
then i tried to use user portal from another place i couldnt
they said :
Invalid user name or password or dinied by policy ?

Any help or solution please ?

did you configure the ssl net in user portal?
did you allow the ssl user network to access user portal ?

yes , i added this user to user portal , + to SSL Remote users
and allow all user to contact user portal through specified port
but still i couldnt

Note :
i activated active directory users , i didnt create local user
but it Didnt help
