VPN Remote Access

hello
i have ASG120 , Everything work fine with it also SSL Remote Access but i tried to install the software on XP and connect to my Astaro i failed
Trying to connect to my ip , Network unreachable !!
Please do you have any another idea i could connect , i tried to change the hosts file in Windows \ Sys32 but also i faild
