why is this?

Why am I unable to access my own website from within my own LAN?
My webserver is DNAT/SNAT to an externally accessible static IP. I can get to the website from another network on the outside. But when I try to hit my own site from within the LAN it doesn't work.

I already have the DNAT/SNAT for the webserver. Can I also use a Full NAT alongside those rules or it's one or the other?

You can also use a static DNS address mapping instead of a full NAT. Just create a static DNS entry mapping the Internet name (FQDN) to the internal IP address of the webserver.
