Remote webadmin?

I just got Astaro V8 setup (home use) and it's running great. Is there any way to 'automatically' allow remote access to the webadmin interface or do I just need to build the appropriate packet filter rule and DNAT rules?

Hi, also check that you don't have the anti-spoofing feature in Astaro set to 'strict'.

Ok, you were right. I found that strict mode was enabled for spoof protection under the advanced tab in Network Security / Packet Filter. I set this to normal mode and I was finally able to access the webadmin over the VPN remote network.

I checked the help files and it clearly states what would happen on that internal interface if packets our recieved from a remote network, they will be "DROPPED"!!!

Out of the few problems I have encountered with Astaro, this was really easy fix, but was for some reason the hardest to figure out?
