[8.000] Reserve/prioritize bandwith for websurfing?

Now that I've fixed my "uTorrent blocks webtraffic" I'm in need to setting up priority for webtraffic (QoS?) so I can surf without it beeing to slow, which it is when uTorrent is running. I've got a 26/4 Mbit line, so I put the numbers into the wan interface under Interfaces & Routing -> QoS -> Status, the same with the internal (gigabit)

World

Total available uplink bandwidth: 4000 kbits/sec

Total available downlink bandwidth: 26000 kbits/sec



Internal

Total available uplink bandwidth: 1024000 kbits/sec

Total available downlink bandwidth: 1024000 kbits/sec

I then created a HTTP/HTTPS object under Interfaces & Routing -> QoS -> Traffic Selectors, with any set as source and destination.

Last, I created a Bandwidth Pool for Websurfing, putting inn 5000 kbit as bandwidth and selected my HTTP/HTTPS object as traffic selector.

Are there anything else I need to do?

It doesn't feel like I have anything close to 5Mbit speed when I surf with an active uTorrent running which tries to hog the entire internet link.

Any advice/pointers?
