ASG Ping/Packet drops, bad connections

Hello!
We´ve got a ASG 320 with actually 4 Ethernet-Interfaces and one PPPoE-Connection in use.

We have big problems with the performance of the ASG. Citrix-Connections over VPN are laggy and slow. I dont think that it is a VPN-Problem because even in the LAN there are Ping-Drops.

If i ping a host in another local subnet (routed by the ASG) there are sometimes response times >100ms. Additionally if i ping a host at the other side of a VPN-Tunnel and simultaneous another host routed locally i recognize Ping-Drops at the SAME TIME on both hosts !

What could be the Problem ?

    I checked the MTUs....

    The LAN-Ports are set to 1500, the PPPoE-Port is 1492...

    If i ping a host somewhere local or in the local routed LAN i could send 1500byte Packets (ping -f -l), if i try to reach a remote host over VPN only 1420bytes are possible.
