Bad IPS rules still in effect?

I just updated my ASG220 to 7.505 rebooted successfully and enabled IPS and locked myself out.

Have the bad definitions from May not been fixed?  I'm referring to this:

Maybe IPS Definitions don't update when its off?  I didn't add the exception, chosing to instead just disable IPS for a while.

I've just opened a support ticket but wanted to ask here too.

    Yes, the IPS definitions don't get updated if the IPS is switched off, so you still have the old, broken definitions.

    Which means you need to add the exceptions until you have a newer pattern version(afaik pattern version 12410 fix the issue)
