IGMP processing (Multicast-Routing) possible?

As ASG 7.5 offers Multicast Routing I like to use it to forward Multicast packets from one single multicast sender to hosts on networks attached to other ports and on the same port on the very same ASG. These hosts are sending IGMP packets to request multicast packets from the sender. So a very simple setup without any chains of routers.

However, after reading the online help, I don't see any function to switch IGMP processing on, only forwarding to external RP Routers.

One problem seems to be the exclusion of virtual interfaces (aliases) for PIM-SM-Interface selection.

Who can help?

Isenberg ... I have the same problem.

Is there anybody who knows how to configure Astaro to do that ??

Hi there,

I need to route multicast between a server (using multicast) in DMZ and clients in my LAN. Without any additional hardware, like RP-routers. Is there a solution?
