trying to redirect traffic to one external ip to internal ip

Need to redirect all traffic that is trying to get to one external ip to go to internal ip instead.

Here is the rule I created but it is not working.

DNAT
Traffic Source: Internal (Network)
Traffic Service: A group of ports I created
Traffic Destination: The IP, which is also an additional IP on the firewall
Mode: DNAT
Destination: The internal server I was the traffic to go to

wait, will that work with a ip instead of a host name?

I already have it working with my external and internal dns where the host name goes to the right location but what it is for fails for only this one user at home when using the hostname but the ip works and he is the CEO so i need to make it work doing it with just ip's.

If he is using a VPN, you need to add the approriate VPN Pool to 'Allowed networks' in HTTP/S. Also, check that 'Remote Access >> Advanced' is completed.
