Limit http bandwidth

Hi,

I have two interfaces  and http proxy enabled. I need to  limit bandwidth web browsing and even at certain timetable.

Can I use QoS to do this? At QoS I can see my running nic.

    No he recibido quejas de mis usuarios. Quiero limitar la velocidad con la que navegan por internet. Ahora tienen disponible todo el ancho de banda de mi isp.

    OK, thanks to your last comment (and FreeTranslation.com!), I understand that you really aren't getting any complaints, but you're concerned because your users are using all the bandwidth provided by your ISP.

    I don't mean to be facetious, but that is the result that Astaro QoS attempts to produce - maximizing bandwidth usage while minimizing clogging for any one person. Just activatiing the 'Download Equalizer' and 'Uplink Optimizer' SHOULD do what you are seeing.

    You could create artificial limits like the crude Cisco approach, but it's not clear that would benefit anyone.  Until you receive complaints, I would recommend to "let sleeping dogs lie."
