creating DNAT rules

Hi.

I'm a new user and at my wits end.

When creating new DNAT rules I see a few edit boxes.  Clicking on the folder-icon to the right of the edit box displays a list of previously defined networks or services.  BUT THERE IS FRIGGING WAY TO PICK any of them.  Click, double-click, space bar, func keys, I've tried every possible key-mouse combination for the last 3 hours.  Is this a poor UI or do I have false expectations? 

I'd like to pick "Any" for traffic source.  Luckily it is already there.  But for "Traffic Service" I want to pick http which is on the list of services, and for "Traffic Destination" I want to pick "eddie" which I already have on my networks list.

Can someone help? How in the world do you pick a previously defined service or network?  After all, you are not allowed to make the same definition twice.

    Hi, you need to Drag & Drop definitions into the Source or Dest boxes.

    Thank you for replying.

    I had tried that too.  After reading your reply, I tried again.  I've tried drag and drop from just about every single pixel on the list of services to every single pixel on the target services edit box.  Nothing.

    Are you sure it is a drag & drop?

    Put the cursor on top of the item you want.  Press and hold the left mouse button.  Move the cursor over to the place you want the item.  Release the left mouse button.

    It certainly is drag&drop.
    If it doesn't work, try a different browser.

    Thank you for trying.  That's indeed a drag and drop.  But it is not working for me.  Trust me.  I write drag and drop behavior using std Win32 controls all the time.

    Thank you for the hint.  I spent hours on end trying to drag and drop.  I finally gave up.  I won't be able to try again for a couple of weeks.  I'll try a different browser then.

    Which browser are you using?

    IE 7+ and Firefox 3+ both should work fine.

    I've had trouble with Chrome and Safari.
