Cannot reach internal webserver over internet

One of my costumers want to open a website (using the public ip) witch he host on his internal network. 
Do we have to do something special to make this work? When using astaro i never can reatch services witch i host internal over the internet.

    The "standard" way to do this is to put the website's public IP on the Astaro External interface as an 'Additional Address', then DNAT web surf requests to the private, internal IP of the website.  Is there a reason to not do that here?
