Setting Up VLAN First Time Assistance

So my theory is, I wanted to setup a VLAN for one machine on my network.  Well, not one machine, more like 1 port on my switch.  So I can connect virus infected computers on there with web only access to clean em up.

I went into my network --> interfaces  --> new interface to setup a vlan.  It wanted my to select hardware from the dropdown, however nothing shows in this dropdown?  Do I need another NIC?  I currently have 2 nics in my astaro server.  One for my comcast internet and the other for my LAN.  What else do I need to get this VLAN setup, or am I going about this all wrong?

Can I even make a vlan on a specific port?  Or I'm guessing it would have to be on a new interface or something.

    If you want to add an interface without reloading the software, it must be identical to one already in use, otherwise there will be no driver available.
