My local internal IP trying to connect to another local internal IP?

I'm trying to figure out why I can't connect to other peoples games.  The game in question is Supreme Commander.  I checked the livelog, and here is an example:

10:02:49  Default DROP  UDP  192.168.0.5  :  65217 →  192.168.1.101  :  3130 len=84  ttl=127  tos=0x00  srcmac=00:0c:29:22:cb:b5  dstmac=00:0c:29:22:cb:ab

How do I fix this?

    192.168.0.5 → 192.168.1.101?  Do you have two different internal networks with two different subnets?

    If these IPs are both on the same physical network, then couldn't you just change all the 192.168.0.x addresses to 192.168.1.x?  If you can't make that change, then can you change the definition of the Internal interface to 192.168.0.0/23 (Netmask=255.255.254.0).

    No, the 192.168.1.101 is someone elses computer out there on the internet.  Probably the guy who's game I'm trying to connect to.
