Question about port open

Hello all,

Running v7.504 and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the ports listed is being use for and why it is open by default.  I have an internal SSL web portal and only forward port 443.  I ran GRC ShieldUP! and is reporting that the listed below ports are open.

465 / urd URL Rendevous Directory for SSM
587 / submission Submission

    Hi,
    587 is essentially an alternate port for SMTP, as many ISPs block port 25.

    465 appears to be an alternate port for TLS/SSL SMTP

    I just ran a ShieldsUP test and it is saying that port 443 is open.  How can I find out what is holding this open on my Astaro ASG220?

    I think I've gone through everything.  Checked my packet filter rules, disabled the SSL VPN, changed the SSL VPN port number, all with no luck.  Still open.  

    The only place that port 443 is listed under Support -> Advanced -> Local Area Connections is...

    tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:443             0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN

    That looks normal because it's under the Web Surfing rule on my packet filter.

    In the past, ShieldsUp has reported all ports as being Stealth.

    BTW, I'm running firmware 7.504.
