Version 7.5xx upgrade - nuking traffic flow

Ladies and Gents,

Following upgrading to 7.5xx our customer experienced disruption to traffic flow.  See below.  This is one of half a dozen streaming audio stream providing a total upload bandwidth of just over a meg.

Anyone any ideas what might have changed in 7.5xx to disrupt traffic flow?

Background
- they are on an IP licence so performance not a suspect as an issue.
- over 365 days, never had any issues on prior versions 7.4xx and back
- you can even see when the audio stream when from 64 to 128k last year
- there is no web or email filtering
- 1 Mbps upload traffic

My suspicions
- something in routing causing packet drop
- something in IDS causing packet drop

Anyone else suffered disruption of traffic and especially if you have found a solution.

I have tried Astaro support, but unfortunately because we have no logs (we had to reinstall 7.4xx to recover a working firewall) they cannot currently help. 

Any feedback or suggestions much appreciated.

    Well it seems that our customer is suffering from all sorts of weirdness due to IPS "upgrade".  They will now be switching off IPS, to see if FTP problems go away on one firewall.  They will also be posting a test Astaro to stream test traffic through and upgrading back to 7.5xx to find what is nuking the traffic.   Will keep you posted on what the offending problem turns out to be.

    BTW it seems that Astaro Support is completely maxxed out at the moment and almost incapable of responding to anything other than the most urgent and most important stuff.  Our problem is not urgent because we downdgraded to 7..4xx to fix the problem - so no traction at all in 14 days.   

    This problem with support is likely to last for a couple of months until the reseller channels settle down following the restructuring of licensing and pricing - which always causes disruption.  I would guess many resellers going to the wall, and new faces and names lurching over the horizon.  

    Change the only constant - especially on my rusting car.
