Web Backend Connection

Hi,

I don't really know what I am looking at so I don't know how to fix it. I am just trying to access a web backup using php but Astaro keeps blocking the connection. I get the authentication screen but it fails every time and the packet filter shows a Defualt DROP...

TCP External Internet address:80 --> internal address:33000 and up for ports, keeps changing.

I have tried a packet rule both ways...

External Internet address --> internal address
internal address --> External Internet address

with the service 30000:65535 -> 80

But nothing is working.


Anyone have any ideas? This is my first production deployment of Astaro, everything was going well until now.

    Yes, Http Proxy is being used, no IPS.

    The Http Proxy log has an entry of this transaction being blocked with status code of 502.

    I have already given information that Packet Filter was displaying.

    How do I work around this?

    Hi Barry,

    You question gave me a clue as to where to look. I exhausted the other areas except for the Http Proxy. I excluded the web site from Http proxy, on the 'advanced' tab, that I wanted to access the back end of and it worked.
