I just installed Astaro Essential 7.5 and I have been trying for HOURS to get a very simple NAT working and nothing I do seems to fix it.
I can browse the net fine from any PC using the Astaro as it's default gateway.
Here is how I have it setup:
Packet Filter: ANY ANY ANY
Masq: Internal (Network) - External (WAN)
DNAT: ANY - MS RDP 3389 - External (WAN) (Address) - Destination: FEARLESS (which is a single host definition with internal IP)
Destination Service - [empty]
Auto Packet Filter Rule, Log Packets
When I try and RDP to the internal FEARLESS using a PC on a totally different ISP using the external interface of the Astaro I get this in the logs (*** masks IP):
12:44:51 Connection using NAT TCP
71.164.***.*** : 49310
→
24.97.***.*** : 3389
[SYN] len=52 ttl=114 tos=0x00 srcmac=00:00:00:00:00:00 dstmac=00:01:02:25:a9:8d
These are the only rules, etc I have in there. It's a brand new install and I need to get NAT working before I can do anything else.
Any assistance would be most appreciated.
