NAT on site2site vpn

Hello everyone,

i got a problem to configure NAT on a site2site vpn tunnel.

Situation is as follows:

Our Network is 172.16.0.0 /16 and the Network of the other company is 10.0.100.0 /24. 

Now we have routing problems because the other company has another vpn-tunnel to another company which has the same networkadress as we have.

Our solution is to enable NAT on the tunnel to translate our network adress 172.16.0.0 /24 to 178.16.0.0 /24. I tried some configurations, but all pings we sent in the other network (from both sides of the tunnel) got a timeout.

Can anyone please help me with a short tutorial where i can look up how to configure NAT?
