Can't watch videos on NBA.com

Can someone help me figure out why I can't watch any videos on NBA.com?  I'm nearly certain it's my firewall, but I don't know why or how it's blocking me from watching any videos.

    Yes, there is a whole flurry of activity, but this is pretty normal.  I don't know how to sort out which of these entries might be the one I'm looking for.

    Start both live logs, then try.  Also, make sure you have 'Bypass content scanning for streaming content' selected on the 'Advanced' tab of 'Web Security >> HTTP/S'.

    Same over here, with activated Proxy -> No Videos!
    Nothing to see in PaketFilter.log, http.log also not
    showing something special... hmmm

    Check your IPS log... this sounds like the newer, better, more-powerful IPS is eating DNS responses.

    No, I can't play them either and nothing in the IPS log.

    I have the nba listed in my a/v exceoptions as well as content filter exceptions.  I also have the streaming media exception activiated.  a/v is on as well.  This is what i get in my logs:

    If i turn off a/v no change, I disabled the ad blocking, no change.  Turned off ips, no change.  The only way to watch videos on nba.com is to turn off the http proxy.
