Network RANGE definition

What is the simplest way to specify a RANGE of network addresses?
i.e. I want to create filter rules on hosts from 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.99
Hopefully I am not missing something obvious.

Hi, you could create definitions for the subnets
192.168.1.0/26 (0-63)
192.168.1.64/27 (64-95)
...

Google for 'subnet calculator' for help with the IP math.
