Managing blocked users

It didnt stand out to me in the interface so I figured I would ask.

Is there a somewhere I am missing in the web interface to manage users blocked by IPS rules?  Occasional I get false positives w/ my current appliance (not astaro based) --for example-- when users email clients try to diagnose a problem and probe our servers to test for open ports.  

Currently I can easily just go to the GUI and remove the user from the drop chain/rules.  Hopefully I can do the same w/ Astaro.

    Ok,  so i can only add to a white list and not manage users added to a deny rule?  I do not necessarily want to add false positives to a white list but if that is the case I suppose that is all that can happen.
